The service
Komuta is a platform for managing communities: members, events, registration forms and an AI assistant for community owners. Telegram or any other messenger stays your chat — Komuta is where the community is organized. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You need an account for most of Komuta. Sign-in works with one-time codes sent to your email, so keeping that mailbox secure is on you. Provide accurate information, don't impersonate other people or organizations, and remember that you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Komuta for anything illegal, to spam or harass people, to distribute malware, or to collect data about people without their consent. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts or communities that abuse the platform or harm other users.
Your content and member data
You keep ownership of the content you put into Komuta. Community owners decide what their registration forms ask, which means owners are responsible for the member data they collect: collect only what you need, and use it only for running your community. We process this data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
Beta and pricing
Komuta is currently in beta and free to use. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we will announce it in advance and you will be able to export your data.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Komuta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months — which, during the free beta, is zero.
Termination
You can stop using Komuta and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Komuta evolves. If changes are significant, we will announce them in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
