Privacy Policy

Introduction
Komuta is a community management platform available at komuta.nnnada.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep it short because our data practices are simple: we collect what the service needs in order to work, and nothing more.
If anything here is unclear, write to us at dev@nnnada.com.
What we collect
Account data — your email address, the name you choose, and an optional avatar. We sign you in with one-time codes sent by email, so we never store a password for you.
Community data — communities, members, events and registration forms are created by the people who run each community. Whatever a community owner or member enters — member profiles, tags, notes, event details — is stored so the community can use it.
Registration answers — when you register for an event, your answers to the registration form are stored and visible to the admins of that community.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps), kept briefly for security and debugging.
How we use your data
We use your data for exactly one purpose: running Komuta. That means signing you in, showing communities and events, sending login codes and service emails, and letting community admins manage their members and registrations.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for anyone.
Cookies
Komuta uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the product is used (page views, general usage patterns); this data is aggregated and is not used for advertising. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the product.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on servers located in the EU. Connections to Komuta are encrypted with TLS, and access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.
Community owners and member data
Communities on Komuta are run by their owners. When you join a community or register for its events, the data you submit is visible to that community's admins, and they are responsible for how they use it. If you have questions about how a particular community handles your data, contact its owner first — and reach out to us if you need help.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your account data from the service. Community owners can delete their communities, which removes the community's data as well. If you need help removing something, email dev@nnnada.com and we will sort it out.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date at the top.
